If you are a landlord with multiple properties, we can help you out. Dublin Property Services can deal directly with your tenant and we can sort out any issues regarding your property. You will be informed about all pricing before any work will start. We own our own tools and we will not subcontract any of our work to a third party. All our property repairs are covered by our comprehensive insurance.

How does it work?
You can contact us by email or by phone and you can tell us more about your project. We can organise key collection, a quote will be sent to you by email. If the quote is accepted, we will start the project within 24 hours. We will keep you updated at all times about what is getting done and how things are moving along. Most of our projects are completed within 1 week but more complex projects could take a bit longer. We will require 30% deposit when the project quotation is accepted with the balance to be paid at the end.
Dublin Property Services does not work with builders or building contractors. We do not subcontract work from other companies and we do not use subcontractors. We are a very efficient property repairs company and we work mostly by email. Our invoices will be sent online and you can pay us online as well.
