Dublin Property Services will quote you for the full removal of all the floors, full wall & ceiling repairs, plastering of some areas, repairing of all floors, full carpentry services and full house inspection, we will inspect the whole plumbing and electrical system, we will paint the whole property and we can even get you a BER cert.
Our company knows ways of improving the look of a property without spending a fortune. In many cases, where the old floor boards are still in good shape, we will recommend a nice floor sanding and refinishing instead of installing new floors. The kitchen area can benefit if a very bad wall tile is painted with special acrylic paint instead of a full tiling job. The bathroom will be deep cleaned and the grout redone. In most cases this operation will save a good bit of money.
Mould on the walls? We know how to fully remove mould from the walls and how to treat the walls with special sealants that will prevent mould coming back. We will also find the source of the mould and we will repair it. Bad ventilation is usually to be blamed.
